Every leaky roof has its own challenges and roof repair cost can differ. Our minimum charge for a roof repair in Bolton starts at $499.00+HST for a walkable roof on a one story house. $599.00+HST for two story homes and $1,399.00+HST for three story houses. For an additional hours if repair turns into hourly rate we do apply $240/hr for one story, $320/hr for two story, and $440/hr for three story homes.
Q3. Do you provide warranties for a roof repair?
Yes, minimum 90 days workmanship warranty will be provided in writing once work completed and payment made for any roof repairs in Bolton.

The price was very fair priced compared to other bids I received. The workmanship is first class. they coordinated the entire project and stayed in close connection with me at every step of the job. They even "roughed in" openings in my roof for new skylights and helped me order the skylights and to get the correct size item with a different company. When a Friday night kitchen sink clog turns into a 7 hour Saturday major Plumbing repair one might think there are little to no positives that could come from such a project.
Wrong.
The Roof Whisperer Bolton was professional and courteous from beginning to end and detailed out all of the steps that they took to confirm the requirement of what we tentatively knew was a project we had to do....now it was a must. Laundry and Kitchen lines were replaced and upgraded from 1 1/2" to 2", with a fresh clean out at the kitchen area for future issues (hopefully none) and they offered to REPATCH the stucco outside for me unless I wanted to do the job myself.
THANK GOD I chose to have them to do it. I would most likely not have completed it and while they said it would look different than the rest of the wall, they PERFECTLY MATCHED the texture of the wall.
Attention to detail and their assistant was excellent as well. Professional group and extremely courteous. Thank you The Roof Whisperer Bolton for making my Saturday so much less painful. Do not hesitate to contact them for any of your plumbing needs.
