Therefore we do charge for our roof assessment services a fee of $49.00+ HST, which will be reimbursed if you wish to hire us for any work required to complete or rectify any roofing issue.

Every leaky roof has its own challenges and roof repair cost can differ. Our minimum charge for a roof repair in Brampton starts at $499.00+HST for a walkable roof on a one-story house. $599.00+HST for two-story homes and $1,399.00+HST for three-story houses. For additional hours if repair turns into an hourly rate we do apply $240/hr for one story, $320/hr for two-story, and $440/hr for three-story homes.
Q3. Do you provide warranties for a roof repair?
Yes, minimum 90 days workmanship warranty will be provided in writing once work is completed and payment made for any roof repairs in Brampton.

The Roof Whisperer Brampton is a great company to work with and their staff was very courteous. My wife and I needed an inspection done quickly on our roof after our primary inspector told us he would not walk on it since the roof looked old and suspect. They sent someone out to take a look and he was very nice and explained not only his process, but also what he recommended to be done. When buying a home, the last thing you want to hear is that you need a new roof, but with their thorough report we were able to get most of the cost recovered by the sellers. We have not closed escrow yet, but I wanted to get on here quickly to spread what a great job they did. Thank you!!

These guys are great. they came to replace our kitchen faucet and to fix some roofing issues, they were very nice, professional, and very patient enduring all the dad jokes coming from...my dad, they did a check of our set up, did the install, fixed the roofing problems and helped us clean up.
