Our minimum charge for a roof repair in Guelph starts at $499.00+HST for a walkable roof on a one story house. $599.00+HST for two story homes and $849.00+HST for three story houses. For an additional hours if repair turns into hourly rate we do apply $240/hr for one story, $320/hr for two story, and $440/hr for three story homes.
Q3. Do you provide warranties for a roof repair?
Yes, minimum 90 days workmanship warranty will be provided in writing once work completed and payment made for any roof repairs in Guelph.

They identified areas that were leaking right on the money and even identified why and what would be involved as far as repairs. I didn't engage them to do the repairs as their estimate was quite high compared to most. But i would highly recommend them for an inspection.

I called them to install 2 ventilated attic fans, they came over on time to do an inspection of my roof for the job, We then schedule a time for there crew to come over and install the vents. The crew showed up on time and performed the work as promised, the owner came over to inspect the work while it was being done.
