Therefore we do charge for our roof assessment services a fee of $49.00+ HST, which will be reimbursed if you wish to hire us for any work required to complete or rectify any roofing issue.
Q2. How much does a roof repair cost?
Every leaky roof has its own challenges and roof repair cost can differ. Our minimum charge for a roof repair in Hamilton starts at $499.00+HST for a walkable roof on a one story house. $599.00+HST for two story homes and $849.00+HST for three story houses. For an additional hours if repair turns into hourly rate we do apply $240/hr for one story, $320/hr for two story, and $440/hr for three story homes.
Q3. Do you provide warranties for a roof repair?
Yes, minimum 90 days workmanship warranty will be provided in writing once work completed and payment made for any roof repairs in Hamilton.

We needed to have our roof assessed as we have had several leaks over the past year. they came in and thoroughly examined the condition of our roof. Although I did not interact personally with them, my wife, she worked with them from the beginning. she was impressed with their professionalism, their commitment to quality of work and to customer satisfaction, as well as with their strong ethics from the start. they were on time and answered all questions that we had. After their preliminary assessment, we decided to request a quote, which they provided very promptly. Having worked in the construction/building industry, I knew what range to expect for a fair pricing. they came in right in the range, not submitting an over-inflated price or a low-ball price (which is a bait and switch method by the way that many roofers will use). We scheduled the project for few weeks later. The job started on time and lasted the expected time frame. The workers were efficient, polite, clean and reliable. they continued to be detailed-oriented, reliable and honest throughout the entire process. they also continued to maintain a constant line of communication with my wife via phone and email (which is a real breath of fresh air considering that roofers we have worked with or attempted to work with in the past would not even bother returning phone calls...).
We now have peace of mind that our house is well protected and that our roof will not leak, not only because of the wonderful job that their team did, but also because of the strong warranty that comes with the job performed.

Among all quotations, they gave me the most reasonable and affordable price so we decided to sign the contract with The Roof Whisperer Hamilton. Just had my roof completed by The Roof Whisperer Hamilton. I could not be more satisfied, the new roof looks stunning! every attention to detail was observed and no corners were cut. If you need to get a new room in Hamilton, Call The Roof Whisperer Hamilton and have experts to come out and give you an estimate. they will work with you to get the best deal in town, they are a first class professional business with customer service in mind, there was no run-a-round and no pressure. I called all the others but settled with them. I'm glad I made this decision. I called at least 5 others and either felt pressured or over charged up front. I found this to be a turn off. Outstanding customer service. Working with The Roof Whisperer Hamilton was super easy and personable. The shingles we choose had to be upgraded to meet a sudden change in permit requirements. Even though the cost was more, they honoured the original estimate. also, came over that night with the new shingles samples so that we could see the slight change in colour tone, walked with us down our street to look at a similar house with grids. they waited patiently as we sifted through ideas. they pointed out pluses and minuses along with appearance, cost, etc. We are very grateful to them for their input and are very happy with our decision. they came back out to double check the work and we received a follow up email from them and a follow up call on the day of the installation as well.

I would give them 6 stars if that was possible. Their ratings and reviews are 100% accurate as the customer experience, quality of work and installation process were all excellent. I had 12 windows, 2 sliding glass doors and 1 double French door replaced.

Outstanding customer service. Working with The Roof Whisperer Hamilton was super easy and personable. The shingles we choose had to be upgraded to meet a sudden change in permit requirements. Even though the cost was more, they honoured the original estimate. also, came over that night with the new shingles samples so that we could see the slight change in colour tone, walked with us down our street to look at a similar house with grids. they waited patiently as we sifted through ideas. they pointed out pluses and minuses along with appearance, cost, etc. We are very grateful to them for their input and are very happy with our decision. they came back out to double check the work and we received a follow up email from them and a follow up call on the day of the installation as well.
