When we come to your house, expect us to do a thorough assessment of roof condition, chimneys, skylights and gutters. We do not just come to hand an estimate by just looking at your roof from the ground or a drone. Therefore we do charge for our roof assessment services a fee of $49.00+ HST, which will be reimbursed if you wish to hire us for any work required to complete or rectify any roofing issue.
Q2. How much does a roof repair cost?
Every leaky roof has its own challenges and roof repair cost can differ. Our minimum charge for a roof repair in Kitchener starts at $499.00+HST for a walkable roof on a one story house. $599.00+HST for two story homes and $849.00+HST for three story houses. For an additional hours if repair turns into hourly rate we do apply $240/hr for one story, $320/hr for two story, and $440/hr for three story homes.
Q3. Do you provide warranties for a roof repair?
Yes, minimum 90 days workmanship warranty will be provided in writing once work completed and payment made for any roof repairs in Kitchener.
Q4. Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We offer 5 % OFF discount to all our repeat customers, military personnel, teachers, police officers and to our lovely senior citizens living in Kitchener.

We do accept different method of payments as listed below:

Very professional and client focused. When they came to the house, they were mindful to keep things clean. they put on booties without me asking. And then were very thorough. they spent the time to trace where the problem on the dryer venting ran through my attic to the roof. Then they went on the roof and took a video to show me the problem. Lastly they solved the problem immediately and was in and out in a flash. they are honest and they will be the first one i call for any roofing issues. 5 stars all the way!!

Excellent customer service, and great attention to detail earn The Roof Whisperer Kitchener a strong recommendation from me.
Starting with the original quote, they were very professional and spent a lot of time checking not only the area around our leak, but the rest of the roof for potential issues as well, identifying that in addition to fixing the leak area there was probably some water damaged wood as well. Once work was under way, they kept us updated constantly with pictures of the areas under repair. That was a very nice touch to see the before, torn apart, and finally repaired / reassembled sections. they were also very professional, actually arriving on time, when they said they would, and cleaning up after themselves at the end of each day. Overall, these guys took a big worry (leaking roof), and made it into a pleasant experience. Will definitely go back to them for any future roofing problems.

The Roof Whisperer Kitchener was great from start to finish! 18 new Anlin windows. Quote happened within a week of reaching out. Many construction companies put me off due to so much work during this pandemic. Pricing was very fair. Installation occurred about a month after contract signed. Workers were professional and respectful and did a great job with installation. They were very tidy in all aspects of the job. A neighbour used them as well and it was a fantastic referral. I would recommend The Roof Whisperer Kitchener!
