Therefore we do charge for our roof assessment services a fee of $49.00+ HST, which will be reimbursed if you wish to hire us for any work required to complete or rectify any roofing issue.
Q2. How much does a roof repair cost?
Every leaky roof has its own challenges and roof repair cost can differ. Our minimum charge for a roof repair in Milton starts at $499.00+HST for a walkable roof on a one story house. $599.00+HST for two story homes and $849.00+HST for three story houses. For an additional hours if repair turns into hourly rate we do apply $240/hr for one story, $320/hr for two story, and $440/hr for three story homes.
Q3. Do you provide warranties for a roof repair?
Yes, minimum 90 days workmanship warranty will be provided in writing once work completed and payment made for any roof repairs in Milton.
Q4. Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We offer 5 % OFF discount to all our repeat customers, military personnel, teachers, police officers and to our lovely senior citizens living in Milton.

They are wonderful! The roof of the house I was purchasing was very old, so I asked three roof contractors to inspect the roof when it was in escrow, but The Roof Whisperer Milton's inspection was much more accurate and thorough than others and their report included all the details I needed to know. Due to the age of the roof and the significant issues with the roof, they recommended replacing the whole roof after closing the escrow instead of wasting a lot of money on repairing it. they were very flexible in scheduling the work. For several reasons, I had to reschedule the work and every time they would kindly accept to change the date without complaining. they were also very patient in answering to all my questions regarding the wood replacement, quality of the materials, selecting the color, and etc. their crew finished the work in one week as promised and the roof looks very nice now. During the work, the guys were very careful to not make a mess and they would clean the area every day after the work. They also finished the work with minimal noise so the tenants had no complain at all. When installing the new roof, their crew would care a lot about the details and the final product was with a very high quality. they are professional and honest and always puts work ethics first. they are experts in their work and never sacrifices the quality of the job for something else. I received 4 bids for the replacement of my very old roof. the reason I decided to go with The Roof Whisperer Milton is their proposal was by far the most thorough, including pictures, brochures and links, so I understood the process every step of the way and exactly what I was getting for the money. I was hoping their very detailed proposal was a representation of how they operated and it was! They were able to start my project ahead of schedule, they were on time every day, cleaned up after themselves every day, they communicated every step of the process and happily answered any questions I had. All of their guys were very professional and respectful. Once the old roof was gone and it came time to review what wood needed to be replaced, again their proposal was very thorough and they came in under budget on this estimate. Although necessary, I know spending money on a roof isn't the most fun home improvement project, but working with The Roof Whisperer Milton made it a pleasant experience and boy does my new roof look great!! It's never easy to find good contractors for home improvement work through online, At least this was my experience because sometimes the ratings are completely skewed. I've met with about 25 roofing companies in total and I've had a few roofing projects prior to these two. Many times you speak to a company with high ratings on all fronts and they check out for insurance and licensing, communications, knowledge, pricing etc., but sometimes that really doesn't mean anything. The Roof Whisperer Milton has made my day, from the beginning when I was talking to their crew, they were very helpful, responsive, thorough, flexible, knowledgeable, professional, and competitive when it came to pricing. No headaches all the way to the very end (how things should go). they took care of the entire process and went above and beyond even when the city was being difficult (different cities have different standards and some may delay a process because let's face it, you are on their schedule and if they miss something on their part, it's your time).

I received 4 bids for the replacement of my very old roof. the reason I decided to go with The Roof Whisperer Milton is their proposal was by far the most thorough, including pictures, brochures and links, so I understood the process every step of the way and exactly what I was getting for the money. I was hoping their very detailed proposal was a representation of how they operated and it was! They were able to start my project ahead of schedule, they were on time every day, cleaned up after themselves every day, they communicated every step of the process and happily answered any questions I had. All of their guys were very professional and respectful. Once the old roof was gone and it came time to review what wood needed to be replaced, again their proposal was very thorough and they came in under budget on this estimate. Although necessary, I know spending money on a roof isn't the most fun home improvement project, but working with The Roof Whisperer Milton made it a pleasant experience and boy does my new roof look great!! It totally improved the look of my house! Thank you The Roof Whisperer Milton!!

It's never easy to find good contractors for home improvement work through online, At least this was my experience because sometimes the ratings are completely skewed. I've met with about 25 roofing companies in total and I've had a few roofing projects prior to these two. Many times you speak to a company with high ratings on all fronts and they check out for insurance and licensing, communications, knowledge, pricing etc., but sometimes that really doesn't mean anything. The Roof Whisperer Milton has made my day, from the beginning when I was talking to their crew, they were very helpful, responsive, thorough, flexible, knowledgeable, professional, and competitive when it came to pricing. No headaches all the way to the very end (how things should go). they took care of the entire process and went above and beyond even when the city was being difficult (different cities have different standards and some may delay a process because let's face it, you are on their schedule and if they miss something on their part, it's your time).

Loved they showed up with mask and doing their job professionally. I like the light gray colour, looks cool, clean and 3D dimensional. they always answered my questions on time either on phone or text. I would recommend this to my friends or anyone need a roof replacement.
