Our minimum charge for a roof repair in North York starts at $499.00+HST for a walkable roof on a one story house. $599.00+HST for two story homes and $849.00+HST for three story houses. For an additional hours if repair turns into hourly rate we do apply $240/hr for one story, $320/hr for two story, and $440/hr for three story homes.
Q3. Do you provide warranties for a roof repair?
Yes, minimum 90 days workmanship warranty will be provided in writing once work completed and payment made for any roof repairs in North York.
Q4. Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We offer 5 % OFF discount to all our repeat customers, military personnel, teachers, police officers and to our lovely senior citizens living in North York.

We do accept different method of payments as listed below:

As a homeowner anything that happens in your home that needs to be fixed can be quite stressful. We had a leak in our room but my husband was out of town. I called and had them come over to check it out. They were professional and efficient and also reasonable in their price. I felt good having them take care of the problem and it was done even before my husband got back. I'll recommend them to friends and family if the need arise in the future. Thank you!

Had a roof leak last month. they provided a reasonable quote after a thorough inspection. Supervisor answered my questions after additional leak found and forwarded pics of leak. Both estimator and supervisor were fairly responsive and upfront during the process. The roofer showed up on time, fixed source of leak, replaced some broken tiles, removed debris and cleaned up afterwards. As a bonus, the roofer also patched up worn-out vents. It rained yesterday but no leak so far. Overall a fairly good experience.

Last week The Roof Whisperer North York replaced all the windows in my 1500 sq foot condo -- 5 windows and 2 sliders. They were amazing from start to finish; kept me informed and answered my questions when I was freaking out after making my deposit. My biggest concern had been they would have to remove my shutters. They DID NOT (thank goodness). I will highly recommend this company to anyone who asks for a referral. Great experience. with them.
