We do not just come to hand an estimate by just looking at your roof from the ground or a drone. Therefore we do charge for our roof assessment services a fee of $49.00+ HST, which will be reimbursed if you wish to hire us for any work required to complete or rectify any roofing issue.
Q2. How much does a roof repair cost?
Every leaky roof has its own challenges and roof repair cost can differ. Our minimum charge for a roof repair in Oakville starts at $499.00+HST for a walkable roof on a one story house. $599.00+HST for two story homes and $849.00+HST for three story houses. For an additional hours if repair turns into hourly rate we do apply $240/hr for one story, $320/hr for two story, and $440/hr for three story homes.
Q3. Do you provide warranties for a roof repair?
Yes, minimum 90 days workmanship warranty will be provided in writing once work completed and payment made for any roof repairs in Oakville.
Q4. Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We offer 5 % OFF discount to all our repeat customers, military personnel, teachers, police officers and to our lovely senior citizens living in Oakville.

Our roof started to leak suddenly. The Roof Whisperer of Oakville was the first to respond after I requested a quote from several vendors. After meeting with three different vendors, I selected The Roof Whisperer of Oakville mainly due to the professionalism shown during the inspection. I had heard that leaks can be difficult to identify but they were able to quickly pinpoint the leak and even showed us photos and videos of it. We found out the leak was due to a leak in the flashing/joint area. The work included removing a small section of the roof and replacing everything in the general area as well as maintenance work of sealing/painting all the penetrations, vents and pipes on the roof and cleaning out the gutters which was all done in a day. We have not yet had any huge downpours after the repair, Will recommend them to my friends and family.

We recently replaced all our windows, including a slider door, and what a significant difference it has made for our home. Coming from a sales background myself, I appreciated how efficient and thorough they were addressing our questions and they delivered on everything they said they were going to do. We reached out to The Roof Whisperer of Oakville after already receiving three other bids from other companies. they got our business because they took the time to educate us on the types of windows that were out there and he was really patient with us too. Other companies would simply just come in, take measurements of the windows, email you a bid and call it a day. How does one make a smart decision based on just that? Wow! We could not be more impressed with The Roof Whisperer of Oakville! We were looking at another company who was a little bit less, but chose to use them because they were so good at answering our calls. And boy are we glad we did! These guys know how to take care of their customers. they came out and measured the windows and came back when the job was done for a final walkthrough. they went above and beyond to get things just right. The installers were quick and friendly. And the owner also went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. Oh! And our windows look great too....so good that a bird flew right into one the day after they were installed. (the bird is okay. they shook it off and flew away) Seriously though, we haven't seen this kind of customer service in a long time! Would 100% refer them to anyone.

Fantastic experience. We are so pleased to have chosen The Roof Whisperer of Oakville. they were very easy to deal with. They tore off old title roof and replace with new asphalt shingles. Our home has a very large roof. There were some areas of dry rot and skylights to deal with. Also, the new roof has proper ventilation for more effective control of interior moisture. Our roof started to leak suddenly. The Roof Whisperer of Oakville was the first to respond after I requested a quote from several vendors. After meeting with three different vendors, I selected The Roof Whisperer of Oakville mainly due to the professionalism shown during the inspection. I had heard that leaks can be difficult to identify but they were able to quickly pinpoint the leak and even showed us photos and videos of it. We found out the leak was due to a leak in the flashing/joint area. The work included removing a small section of the roof and replacing everything in the general area as well as maintenance work of sealing/painting all the penetrations, vents and pipes on the roof and cleaning out the gutters which was all done in a day. We have not yet had any huge downpours after the repair, Will recommend them to my friends and family.

We recently replaced all our windows, including a slider door, and what a significant difference it has made for our home. Coming from a sales background myself, I appreciated how efficient and thorough they were addressing our questions and they delivered on everything they said they were going to do. Wow! We could not be more impressed with The Roof Whisperer of Oakville! We were looking at another company who was a little bit less, but chose to use them because they were so good at answering our calls. And boy are we glad we did! These guys know how to take care of their customers. they came out and measured the windows and came back when the job was done for a final walkthrough. they went above and beyond to get things just right. The installers were quick and friendly. And the owner also went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. Oh! And our windows look great too....so good that a bird flew right into one the day after they were installed. (the bird is okay. they shook it off and flew away) Seriously though, we haven't seen this kind of customer service in a long time! Would 100% refer them to anyone.
