When we come to your house, expect us to do a thorough assessment of roof condition, chimneys, skylights and gutters. We do not just come to hand an estimate by just looking at your roof from the ground or a drone. Therefore we do charge for our roof assessment services a fee of $49.00+ HST, which will be reimbursed if you wish to hire us for any work required to complete or rectify any roofing issue.
Q2. How much does a roof repair cost?
Every leaky roof has its own challenges and roof repair cost can differ. Our minimum charge for a roof repair in Pickering starts at $499.00+HST for a walkable roof on a one story house. $599.00+HST for two story homes and $849.00+HST for three story houses. For an additional hours if repair turns into hourly rate we do apply $240/hr for one story, $320/hr for two story, and $440/hr for three story homes.
Q3. Do you provide warranties for a roof repair?
Yes, minimum 90 days workmanship warranty will be provided in writing once work completed and payment made for any roof repairs in Pickering.
Q4. Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We offer 5 % OFF discount to all our repeat customers, military personnel, teachers, police officers and to our lovely senior citizens living in Pickering.
Q5. What kind of payments do you accept?
We do accept different method of payments as listed below:
- E-transfer (Interac)
- Cheques ( Only for new roof installations. We regret that we can not accepts cheques for any roof repair and skylight work)
- Cash (we regret that we can’t provide change for cash payments, and we don’t offer a discount for cash)

Not something you usually look forward to doing - but they made the process much easier and pain free! They started with a complete inspection of my roof and the estimate/bid was sent immediately with all pictures, explanations and scope of work to be done. they patiently answered my questions and were professional, friendly and helpful during the whole job. They were on the job site every other day to physically inspect the work being done and to answer any other questions I had. The crew completely cleaned up every day and safely stored their tools. they were always receptive and answered emails and texts almost immediately. I was informed of the process and what to expect every step of the way. I am so very happy with the excellent customer service, quality of workmanship, friendly crew and contractors - I wish I had several houses that needed to be re-roofed so I could hire them again!

Several neighbours have commented and I am happy with the sound reduction along with helping with the draft. Instillation was a breeze and very professional given the current climate with COVID-19. The five star rating is so necessary.....their crew were great . I was initially going with another company, but called them for another quote myself and 3 of my neighbours. Well .....they were so knowledgeable and helpful, I couldn't resist with picking this company. we were impressed with them as well, which sealed the deal. not to mention, their quote was more than fair. I had 12 Anlin (sound package) windows installed. I have only had my windows for a little over 1 day.....But we slept like a baby....I didn't hear any dogs barking, the only thing I did hear, was the faint sound of the car alarm; my home feels more insulated, and do not fell all the cold air seeping in, when I tell you they were awesome , I have no regrets.... 3 of my neighbours also had there windows and sliding glass doors installed with The Roof Whisperer Pickering, and are very satisfied. they provided everything they promised. So far, I love, love my windows. THANKS A BUNCH The Roof Whisperer Pickering.
