The customer contacted our roofing company because of a roof leak coming from the area where the TV antenna bracket was fastened onto the roof and closed to a pipe stack. We did propose to remove the antenna since was not in use anymore and replace the damaged and old pipe stack.

There are differences between many roofing companies but the most important ones are the details when it comes to replacing the roof. It is the contractor’s responsibility to identify all issues on a roof, so that when you as the homeowner are well-informed about the risk of protrusion failures in near future. However, this homeowner did the right thing by calling our roofing company which ended in satisfactory results.
