Client contacted our company after having a leak on basement ceiling. Clear water was coming through drywall, which indicates that it was not a roof leak. Leaks from roof will cause staining or discolouration on walls or ceilings. We advised the client to contact a plumber to further investigate the issue. However we went up on the roof and found a couple issues with some missing shingles and also mortar was cracking around chimney flue. We suggest to every customer to take actions when we notice these issues. After quoting on repairing both problems and also performing a roof tune up which is needed in our opinion every 4 years, customer did hire our company to do the work. We are proud to state that we are the only roofing company in Southern Ontario that takes care of every little thing in roofs, where others do ignore due to lack of interest, lack of passion to help homeowners and lack of experienced manpower.
