Roof Problem

A previous customer called us about a leak from the flat roof above the sunroom. The water was causing hidden damage to the exterior wood trim.

Project

After removing a few trim boards, we found major damage around the entire addition above the windows. Rotten wood was replaced, and areas affected by carpenter ants were treated.

Our carpenter Tom installed new trim boards, and Paulo, the best painter in town, completed a smooth paint finish. The gutter crew then installed a new gutter system, and the flat roof was replaced with two-ply SBS membranes.

To complete the job, we finished the roof edges with custom-bent drip edge metals. This ensures water drains properly into the gutters, protecting the home from future leaks.
