A homeowner contacted us after noticing a leak in the bedroom at the front of the house. The damage was significant, so the insurance company also became involved.

Our inspection revealed that water had penetrated through small holes in the membrane seams, especially near the scupper. Robert quickly located the source of the leaks and provided a solution on the spot. He applied Alsan flashing and reinforced the seams with mesh tape for extra protection.

This repair was completed in January 2021. Despite heavy snow, freezing, and thawing in February, the roof stayed leak-free. We are very proud of Robert and his excellent work at The Roof Whisperer.
