After a leak on a bedroom front of house client contacted us to assess the problem. Client also involved the home insurance company due to extensive damage.

Water had penetrated through small holes on membrane seams especially around scupper. Robert immediately found where leaks were coming from and offered a solution on spot by applying Alsan flashing and reinforcing joints with mesh tape.

This repair was performed back in January of 2021. February brought a lot of snow, freeze and thaw but no more leaks. Very proud of Robert and his work.
