Flat Roof, Door, and Exterior Upgrade Project

Seven years ago, we replaced the flat roof on top of the second floor for this client. After a great experience with our team, the homeowner called us again to handle a new project. This time, the work involved replacing a leaky flat roof, balcony door, siding, soffit, and fascia above the kitchen at the back of the house.

We removed everything first, including multiple layers of siding, the old balcony door, roof membrane, and aluminum cladding. From there, we started rebuilding with all new materials. Many companies struggle with these types of projects because they require skilled employees who can balance quality workmanship with curb appeal.
