Client contacted The Roof Whisperer after having a leak at bottom corners of skylight on ceiling. As you can see it photos, condition of shingles was rough. They were attempts to fix it but workmanship was very shoddy. After removing the shingles and old skylight we discovered wood around it was in bad shape and rotten. So we decided to fix all damaged wood (did not neglect like some others), all proper roofing membranes installed before putting the shingles making sure skylight was 100 % waterproof, then shingles were installed to match the front of the house. Also ridge vent was added along roof peak improving attic ventilation.
