Customer contacted The Roof Whisperer after having a significant leak in ceiling below skylight. After we provided a quotation customer was hesitant to hire us. He thought that price may had been a little high for his budget. However after attempts to get other companies to quote, he decided that The Roof Whisperer would be the right contractor to complete the skylight replacement. This is a typical case where I try to convince homeowners when replacing a roof, skylights have to be replaced as well. Skylights do not outlast roofs and vice versa. As homeowner you should when dealing with a home project, questions about “ Do not need to do it” should be made. They determine how a contractor would neglect your home.

This project was fun to work on since we had a chance to showcase that we are capable of dealing with any roof system. We installed custom metal panels, flashing, SBS flat roof membranes and interior trim work as shown in photos.
