After an extensive research, customer decided to hire our company based on our experience with skylights and metal roofs as well. Badly designed skylights were leaking, numerous repair attempts were done, but resulted to more leaks. We did propose to replace them and also give a more modern look to interior as well. After skylights removal, our skylight framer did a great job in figuring placement and space, and measurements. Velux curb mount skylights were installed. Custom bent metal flashing used to waterproof all skylights on outside. Skylight replacements were completed with new trim work and finished with painting.
