Existing 25 years old skylight was made from Velux so matching size was easy and a bonus to replacement. Homeowner opted to upgrade skylight glass glazing to the newest one of New Energy i89 line. Klevis carefully removed skylight and installed the new one, waterproofed area around skylight with ice and water-shield, installed closest match of shingles and flashing kit provided by manufacturer. Using flashing kit is an important step, ensuring an waterproof skylight for many years.
