Customer contacted after many attempts to contact many roofing and skylight companies that deal with metal roofs. He finally found us on line, and The Roof Whisperer came to the rescue. Most of roofing companies avoid replacement of skylights because they do not have any skilled personnel and also they do not want to be outbid from others by adding too roof replacement cost when replacing a skylight. Basically they do not really care to provide the right solutions. The Roof Whisperer will refuse to do any work on any roof replacement if skylights are older than 5 years old or if skylights are different brand from Velux.

After removing metal panels we had to raise curb of skylight to bring it levelled with wood strapping since skylights are designed to be in same height with any roofing material.
