Had a roof leak after a heavy storm and the team found the issue right away. They explained everything clearly and completed the repair the same day. The workmanship looks excellent and the pricing was fair.

We contacted this company to repair a leak in our roof. While they had a quick turnaround time, they did very poor work! A technician came to repair the agreed upon flashing, work, but did not do the mason work. Another technician came to repair the window sill, however, without our permission or agreement, that person decided to use mismatched mortar and randomly patched the brick facing on the front of our house, ultimately damaging the look of the front of our house. We did NOT agree to this work being done. Upon further inspection we noticed the flashing does not meet the roof and the window sill crack was filled with the silicone caulking instead of mortar. Despite many attempts to call and email, Arthur has not returned any of our calls and is not fulfilling his warrantee promise or the promise to rectify the situation. We have had to escalate this situation to the Better Business Bureau and CRA.

Called The Roof Whisperer of Burlington due to water leaking from our bonus room ceiling. they came out and inspected our roof and attic. they wore bootie shoe covers and took numerous photographs. after identifying the cause of the problem, they gave us options on fixing it. they didn't pressure us to go with them for the repairs. Instead, they completed a detail report with pictures that they said could be used with whomever we decided to go with. My wife and I were impressed with them. they were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. they took their time to explain the problem making it easy to understand.
