Customer contacted our company after doing an extensive research on hiring the right contractor to fix the roof issue with broken rafters. There was a big  depression on the roof surface which was caused by broken rafters. Poor workmanship by the framers and weight of snow did create the depression. We went in the attic to inspect it first, then we removed shingles and plywood in the area. Rafters were replaced and reinforced with studs weighing on the wall. New plywood installed and waterproofing membrane. Shingles were closely matched and tied in to existing ones.
