This project began as a Tarion claim from a homeowner against their builder. Our company was hired to inspect and assess several leaks inside the home. After a full investigation, we discovered that the flat roof and two chimneys were leaking heavily, causing water infiltration throughout the house.

Even though the flat roof was only one year old, it was already failing. We recommended a complete replacement to ensure long-term protection. In addition, we proposed removing all siding from the chimneys, waterproofing the tops and sides, and installing new siding that would match the existing design for a seamless finish.

During the project, we replaced the flat roof membrane with a Soprema flat roof system, known for its superior durability and weather resistance. At the same time, our team waterproofed the chimneys with professional-grade materials to stop leaks at their source. Once the structure was secured, we installed James Hardie Board cement panelsfor the new chimney siding. This not only restored the home’s appearance but also provided a long-lasting, low-maintenance solution.
