Therefore we do charge for our roof assessment services a fee of $49.00+ HST, which will be reimbursed if you wish to hire us for any work required to complete or rectify any roofing issue.
Q2. How much does a roof repair cost?
Every leaky roof has its own challenges and roof repair cost can differ. Our minimum charge for a roof repair in Vaughan starts at $499.00+HST for a walkable roof on a one story house. $599.00+HST for two story homes and $849.00+HST for three story houses. For an additional hours if repair turns into hourly rate we do apply $240/hr for one story, $320/hr for two story, and $440/hr for three story homes.
Q3. Do you provide warranties for a roof repair?
Yes, minimum 90 days workmanship warranty will be provided in writing once work completed and payment made for any roof repairs in Vaughan.
Q4. Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We offer 5 % OFF discount to all our repeat customers, military personnel, teachers, police officers and to our lovely senior citizens living in Vaughan.

We do accept different method of payments as listed below:

My neighbour noticed a broken tile on the side of my roof and I was referred to The Roof Whisperer of Vaughan through a friend who had used them in the past. I called on a Friday and was able to get an appointment for Monday afternoon. the inspector, called to let me know he was running a little late. Just had my many years old roof replaced by The Roof Whisperer of Vaughan and can't begin to tell you how pleased I am. I had been researching how to correctly vent my attic space for a year and knew exactly what I wanted. they came and they were happy to do it to my specifications but also offered some alternatives which I took advantage of and greatly improved the look and venting of my roof. they walked me through every step from tear off to tiny finish details and ended every conversation or phone call with, "Do you have any questions?" I needed a massive amount of wood replacement due to termite and water damage and his carpenters they were incredible. they suggested that since they were replacing so many rafter tails, why not replace a few more and change the roof line of the house and eliminate the tacky awning I had on the second floor deck. I didn't expect a workman to come up with new design details to improve the look of my house or to take the effort to mitre all the soffit corners instead of just overlapping them. Hats off to the crew.

My neighbour noticed a broken tile on the side of my roof and I was referred to The Roof Whisperer of Vaughan through a friend who had used them in the past. I called on a Friday and was able to get an appointment for Monday afternoon. the inspector, called to let me know he was running a little late. When he arrived he took a look at the roof and told me that the broken tile was a non-issue and was purely cosmetic. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. he even waived the inspection fee! Just had my many years old roof replaced by The Roof Whisperer of Vaughan and can't begin to tell you how pleased I am. I had been researching how to correctly vent my attic space for a year and knew exactly what I wanted. they came and they were happy to do it to my specifications but also offered some alternatives which I took advantage of and greatly improved the look and venting of my roof. they walked me through every step from tear off to tiny finish details and ended every conversation or phone call with, "Do you have any questions?" I needed a massive amount of wood replacement due to termite and water damage and his carpenters they were incredible. they suggested that since they were replacing so many rafter tails, why not replace a few more and change the roof line of the house and eliminate the tacky awning I had on the second floor deck. I didn't expect a workman to come up with new design details to improve the look of my house or to take the effort to mitre all the soffit corners instead of just overlapping them. Hats off to the crew.
