We do not just come to hand an estimate by just looking at your roof from the ground or a drone. Therefore we do charge for our roof assessment services a fee of $49.00+ HST, which will be reimbursed if you wish to hire us for any work required to complete or rectify any roofing issue.
Q2. How much does a roof repair cost?
Every leaky roof has its own challenges and roof repair cost can differ. Our minimum charge for a roof repair in Mississauga starts at $499.00+HST for a walkable roof on a one story house. $599.00+HST for two story homes and $849.00+HST for three story houses. For an additional hours if repair turns into hourly rate we do apply $240/hr for one story, $320/hr for two story, and $440/hr for three story homes.
Q3. Do you provide warranties for a roof repair?
Yes, minimum 90 days workmanship warranty will be provided in writing once work completed and payment made for any roof repairs in Mississauga.
Q4. Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We offer 5 % OFF discount to all our repeat customers, military personnel, teachers, police officers and to our lovely senior citizens living in Mississauga.

We do accept different method of payments as listed below:

- Cheques ( Only for new roof installations. We regret that we can not accepts cheques for any roof repair and skylight work)

Highly recommend these guys.
Knowledgeable, on time, professional, honest and ethical. they came over to inspect our roof for the leak that we thought we have. they spent 30 minutes looking at the roof, walking all parts of it, looking in the attic and inspecting the side walls. We determined that our roof is just fine and we have to fix our paint. But, they could have easily sold me a bag of goods and they did not. For small jobs, it's hard to find roofers that show up. Often then cancel last minute. These guys care and no job is too small for them.
Definitely will consider them once it's time to replace our roof.

I'm glad that a friend recommended me The Roof Whisperer of Mississauga when I expressed frustration over all the quotes I had been receiving from various vendors. When I reached out to The Roof Whisperer of Mississauga, I sent them the measurements of the 8 windows and 2 sliding glass doors I wanted to replace. they quoted me based on those measurements. When we spoke over the phone, they spent time with me explaining the Anlin windows, and the questions I had about the various models. After settling pricing, someone came out to double check the measurements. I think the order took about 3 weeks to get fabricated. The install crew did a great job installing the windows in one day. They even were kind to put back some of the blinds that we took down before the job. I highly recommend The Roof Whisperer of Mississauga and the windows they sell. You can't go wrong.

Highly recommend these guys.
Knowledgeable, on time, professional, honest and ethical. they came over to inspect our roof for the leak that we thought we have. they spent 30 minutes looking at the roof, walking all parts of it, looking in the attic and inspecting the side walls. We determined that our roof is just fine and we have to fix our paint. But, they could have easily sold me a bag of goods and they did not. For small jobs, it's hard to find roofers that show up. Often then cancel last minute. These guys care and no job is too small for them.
Definitely will consider them once it's time to replace our roof.

I'm glad that a friend recommended me The Roof Whisperer of Mississauga when I expressed frustration over all the quotes I had been receiving from various vendors. When I reached out to The Roof Whisperer of Mississauga, I sent them the measurements of the 8 windows and 2 sliding glass doors I wanted to replace. they quoted me based on those measurements. When we spoke over the phone, they spent time with me explaining the Anlin windows, and the questions I had about the various models. After settling pricing, someone came out to double check the measurements. I think the order took about 3 weeks to get fabricated. The install crew did a great job installing the windows in one day. They even were kind to put back some of the blinds that we took down before the job. I highly recommend The Roof Whisperer of Mississauga and the windows they sell. You can't go wrong.
